So, how fast can we buy your house?
We can buy your house in as little as 5 days.
So here’s how the process works:
You’re gonna talk to a member of our team and schedule a time for one of our evaluators to come take a look at the house. The evaluator is gonna come in, discuss a couple of things about our company, but he’s really there just to understand what the house looks like.
After that, the home buying specialist will meet you at your house. The home buying specialist is going to find out how we can really serve you. The home buying specialists are gonna try to figure out how our team can serve you.
They’re gonna have a discussion with you so they can discover how they can provide the most value — how they can come up for you with the best plan to sell your house.
During your conversation with a home-buying specialist, you will receive an offer. If you agree to the offer, the next step is we’re gonna have you fill out a contract and a little bit of paperwork called a TREAD that we’re gonna then send to the title company.
Once we’ve agreed on a price:
We’re really just waiting on the title company.
And what does the title company do?
The title company is a third–party service to make sure everything is done above board with the county. This is real estate — it’s a very important transaction — and every real estate transaction across the entire state must occur at a title company so we can ensure a clean change of title.
Once you fill out the paperwork for the title company, the title company gets to work clearing up the title. You’ll then be contacted by one of our seller success coordinators, where they’re gonna give you the timeline for closing, anything you’re gonna need to bring to closing, and they’re gonna
give you updates on how the title process is going.
Once we have a clear title and you’re ready to close, the seller success coordinator gives you a
time and a date to meet at the title company. The I Buy team will have already signed the documents. You show up, sign your documents, you get your check. You walk away with a check — we walk away with the house.
